Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Within Pakistan Delivery : Rs.200 Delivery Charges up to 2 Dresses , FREE Delivery on 3 Dresses or above
Outside Pakistan Delivery : Delivery charges are different for each country and weight of the parcel. Please check this table to check international rates
Delivery Time
Within Pakistan Delivery : 4-7 Working days.
Outside Pakistan Delivery : 8-12 Working days.
International Shipping
We deliver worldwide. If you want delivery outside Pakistan, you have to order on website and pay through debit/credit card. Delivery charges will be calculated at the time of check out.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MURASHE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@murashe.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
